Eligibility: Participation in the Enterprise Referral Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are not employees or immediate family members of employees of New Spark Media Inc. Referral Process: To qualify for a referral reward, participants must follow the prescribed referral process, which includes sending an introductory email to sales@newspark.io, copying the potential client on the email, and ensuring that the referral leads to a new client signing up and becoming a paying customer. Valid Referrals: Referrals will only be considered valid if they are for enterprise-level businesses and lead to a new client signing up for New Spark Media Inc.'s digital workflow solutions. Reward Calculation: The referral reward will be equivalent to the amount charged to the new client for one month of services, with rewards starting at $1500, but may be more or less. The actual reward amount may vary depending on the services chosen by the new client. Payment Terms: Payment for valid referrals will be made within 30 days if the referred clients signs up for the annual program. However, if the referred company chooses a monthly subscription plan, the referral fee will only be paid after three consecutive months of active subscription. If the referred client cancels its subscription before the completion of the three-month period, the referral fee will be voided and not paid out.
Fraud Prevention: Fraudulent or deceptive referral activities, including but not limited to spamming, impersonation, or creating fake accounts, are strictly prohibited. Participants engaging in such activities will be disqualified from the referral program and may be subject to further action.
Multiple Referrals: In cases where multiple referrers claim credit for the same referral, New Spark Media Inc. will determine the rightful referrer based on criteria such as the timing of the referral. Passive Income: Participants acknowledge that the referral rewards constitute passive income and are subject to applicable tax regulations. New Spark Media Inc. is not responsible for any tax liabilities incurred by participants as a result of participating in the Enterprise Referral Program. Non-Exclusivity: Participation in the Enterprise Referral Program does not grant participants exclusivity or any rights to represent New Spark Media Inc. in any official capacity. Participants are independent contractors and not employees or agents of New Spark Media Inc. Modification and Termination: New Spark Media Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Enterprise Referral Program at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, participants will be entitled to referral rewards for valid referrals made prior to the termination date.
Compliance: Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Enterprise Referral Program, including but not limited to anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. Agreement: By participating in the Enterprise Referral Program, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of referral rewards.
